A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $75 or 50% of the scheduled service total (whichever is greater). Cancellations are accepted only through your client profile, via the link in your email/text confirmation, or by calling 506-386-6060 — not through social media or individual staff.
